Researching the prospect and building the script in Pre-call
Under Calls, on the Pre-call tab, you research a lead's website, Instagram and CNPJ before the meeting and write the questions for each stage. The script shows up in the app during the call with that lead.

Pre-call is where you get ready before the meeting. Two steps: research the lead (website, Instagram and CNPJ) and write the script with the questions for each stage of the call. The screen is the same on every plan. Having the script appear during the call, in the app's small window, is part of the Demigod plan (and Titan): the guided script.
Step by step
- In the dashboard, click Calls in the left menu and then the Pre-call tab. The Pick the lead list shows up. (Shortcut: on the Today screen, the Next call card has the Open pre-call button, which already opens the meeting's lead when their name is in the event title.)
- Find the lead in the Search leads by name box (it ignores accents and case and takes part of the name or the phone number) and click it. The Pre-call: page opens with their name.
- In the Research section, fill in what you have: the Website, the Instagram (as @handle or the link) and the CNPJ. One of the three is enough.
- Click Research. The button changes to Researching... and, when it's done, Research saved. appears with the company profile below.
- In the Script for this call section, write the Niche (for example: martial arts gym, optician) and the Angle: the angle that only fits this lead, in one sentence. It shows at the top of the script during the call.
- In the six boxes, one per stage of the meeting (Opening, Discovery, Diagnosis, Presentation, Objection and Closing), write your questions, one per line. Start the line with ! on the question that decides the call: it comes first in its stage and it's the one you ask even if the meeting gets cut short.
- Click Save script.
What the research brings
- From the CNPJ (a lookup in the public Receita Federal database, for Brazilian companies only): name, legal name, status, line of business, since when it exists, size, city and state, and the partners. It shows in the Company (Receita) block.
- From the website: the address, the title, the description, a color palette pulled from its code (only a suggestion) and the social links the site itself publishes.
- From Instagram: only the profile link. Hades does not read Instagram: no followers and no posts.
- Under To open before the call: ready-made links to the lead's Instagram, to Active ads (Meta Ad Library) and to Google (reviews and news). Meta doesn't allow automated reading of commercial ads in Brazil, so Hades opens the search ready-made, filtered to active ads, and you look it over there.
The research is kept with its date (researched on). Researching again swaps the old profile for the new one and doesn't erase the script you wrote.
What the app uses in the meeting
- Open the Hades app before the meeting. Under Call context, type the lead's name in the Prospect field and pick it from the list that appears. (The field only shows up when your account already has leads.)
- Under AI guides the call, leave Yes.
- Click Start Call. The small window gains the Script panel (with the angle in the title), showing the stage of the meeting, the next question and what's already covered.
- The script only counts if it has at least one question written. With none, the screen says Saved. With no questions at all, the script won't show up on the call.
- If the screen shows The guided script is off on this account, what you wrote is saved, but it only shows up on the call once the guided script is on and the account's plan includes it (Demigod or Titan).
- The script is read once, at the start of the call. Changed it after the call began? It applies to the next one.
If it didn't work
- The list is empty (“No leads yet”). The lead is born under Clients > Deals, on the Prospects tab: type the name in New prospect and click Create. It's also created on its own when your first recorded meeting is linked to a client.
- “Fill in at least the website, the Instagram or the CNPJ.” — all three fields were empty.
- “That website address doesn't look valid.” — write only the address, for example acme.io.
- “That CNPJ doesn't check out.” — a digit is missing or extra. Look over the 14 digits.
- “I didn't understand the Instagram.” — use @handle or the profile link.
- “Research saved, with a piece missing (see below).” — one of the lookups failed and the other worked. The reason shows at the top of the profile, for example: the website didn't answer in time (the limit is 8 seconds), the website answered with an error, the website doesn't exist, Receita has no record of that CNPJ, or the CNPJ lookup is down. Try again in a few minutes.
- The script doesn't show in the app. Check, in this order: the lead is picked in the Prospect field, AI guides the call is on Yes, the script has at least one question, and the account's plan includes the guided script.
