The contact page: everything about one person in one place
Click a contact's name and see their summary, deals, meetings, proposals, follow-up, WhatsApp conversations and timeline. You can edit their details and link loose meetings.

The contact page gathers everything Hades knows about one person: their deals, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and WhatsApp conversations. It's the place to open before you talk to them again. The page exists on every plan; the Deals and Follow-up tabs only show up if your plan (or your seat, on Demigod) has those features, which come with Oracle and up.
Open the contact page
- From the dashboard: under Clients, Deals tab, pick Prospects at the top and click the person's name. Someone who already became a client also opens from the Client portfolio tab.
- From the meeting: under Calls, Meetings tab, open the meeting; on the Client and outcome tab the client's name is a link to this page. It's the way in for anyone below Oracle.
- From Conversations: on a conversation's side panel, the prospect's name also leads here.
What's in each tab
- Summary — four cards: the open Deal (with the stage and the amount), the Next step (the next follow-up touch, if any), the Last meeting and the Last message on WhatsApp. Underneath are the Contact details, which you edit right there.
- Deals — every deal with this person, with the stage, the amount, the expected close date, when it was opened and, if it became a client, since when. With more than one pipeline, each deal says which one it's in. The View on the board link takes you to the board. (Oracle and up.)
- Meetings — every meeting linked to the person, with date, length, outcome (or No outcome, or Test) and the amount. Underneath, What was recorded shows the reason you wrote on each outcome.
- Proposals — the proposals generated from their meetings, with the creation date and whether they were sent.
- Follow-up — the cadences linked to them, with the status (waiting on you, approved, sending on its own via WhatsApp or the prospect replied: stopped), how many touches are done and the next one. (Oracle and up.)
- WhatsApp — their conversations, with a preview of the last message and the unread count. One click opens the conversation. This is read-only: to reply, use Conversations.
- Timeline — everything in one list: what already happened (creation, meetings, proposals created and sent, touches done, deal opened or won, last message) and, under Coming up, the follow-up touches still to come (overdue ones show in red).
The page only gathers what's linked to the person. Proposals and follow-ups reach them through the meeting (and the follow-up also through the WhatsApp conversation): a meeting with no contact doesn't show up anywhere on the page. That's why the next step matters.
Edit the details and the company
- On the Summary tab, scroll down to Contact details.
- Change the Name, Company, Phone or Email. Leaving a field blank clears what was there — only the name can't be empty.
- Click Save details.
Link a meeting to a contact
A meeting only enters someone's page once it's linked to that person. When you fill in the Prospect field on the app's start screen, before the call (it shows up once your account has prospects), the meeting is born linked. If one is left loose, there are two ways.
- From the meeting: open the meeting under Calls, Meetings tab, and go to the Client and outcome tab. If it has no owner, the notice This meeting isn't linked to any client shows up.
- If Hades found someone in the conversation, From the conversation, it may be: appears with one button per person (up to three), and next to it the reason: their phone number was said or the name came up. Click the right one.
- If nobody was suggested, type the name under Search or type a new name... and click Link to client. A name that already exists links to that record; a new name creates the record.
- From the contact page: on the contact's Meetings tab, under Link a meeting to this contact, pick the meeting under Choose the meeting and click the button next to it (on an English account the button reads Turn on).
The suggestion is cautious on purpose and never links on its own: it only shows up if a contact's full name appears in the conversation or the title, or if the last eight digits of their phone were said on the call. A name that's too short (under three letters) or generic, like "client" or "test", suggests nothing. Linking the meeting to the wrong person would put another company's history on screen for your next call, so the click is yours.
On the contact page, the list only has meetings with no owner — the 30 most recent that aren't tests. To change the owner of a meeting that's already linked, open the meeting and use change, next to the client's name. When a meeting is linked to a person, their deal moves on its own: see the meeting moves the deal on its own.
When you see "I couldn't read this part"
Each block on the page — meetings, deals, proposals, follow-ups, WhatsApp — is read separately. If one of them fails, the tab shows I couldn't read this part right now with the reason, instead of saying "no proposals". That's on purpose: "there are none" and "I couldn't check" are not the same thing. On the Timeline, the notice is Part of the history couldn't be read right now; what shows below may be incomplete. Reload the page; if it keeps happening, talk to support.
If it didn't work
- I don't see the Deals and Follow-up tabs: your plan (or your seat) doesn't have Oracle yet. See the plans.
- "No meeting linked to this contact yet.": their meetings are loose. Link them with the ways above.
- "That meeting is already linked to someone. Open the meeting to change it.": someone else (or you, in another tab) linked the meeting in the meantime. Open the meeting and use change.
- "No proposal.": a proposal comes from a meeting linked to this contact, on the meeting's Next steps tab.
- A WhatsApp conversation shows the "matched by phone" tag: it isn't linked to the contact yet; it appeared because the phone number is the same. It doesn't go on the timeline.
- I don't see the Company field: it shows under Contact details once your account has that feature; if it doesn't appear, the rest of the page works the same.
What the contact page doesn't do
- It doesn't answer WhatsApp messages: the WhatsApp tab is read-only. To reply, open the conversation.
- It doesn't link a meeting to anyone on its own, not even the obvious one.
- It doesn't merge two records of the same person. If "Joe's Bakery" and "joes bakery" exist as two contacts, each has its own page.
