Plans: what each one has, how to change and how to cancel
What Mortal, Initiate, Oracle, Demigod and Titan unlock (hours, team, Deals, Conversations, follow-up, API and more), how to see your plan on the Plans screen, and how to change, pause or cancel.
Updated on
Your account's plan decides how many meeting hours you get each month and which features open. The plans are Mortal (free), Initiate, Oracle, Demigod and Titan (for big teams, arranged directly). The person who subscribes, switches and cancels is the owner or a manager of the account. Prices change, so this article doesn't write amounts: see them on the Plans screen.
See your plan and what it unlocks
- On the dashboard, click your photo (or your initials) at the bottom of the left menu and choose Plans.
- In the card at the top, read Your plan today is [plan] and how long it lasts. Tags next to it tell you if it's Expired, Payment past due, Canceled or Waiting on payment.
- Further down, under Choose your plan, each card shows the meeting hours per month, how many reps fit and what the plan has. Yours carries the Your plan tag.
What each plan has
When it says "from Oracle up", it means Oracle, Demigod and Titan. Without the plan, the feature shows with a padlock and an invitation to see the plans, instead of vanishing from the menu.
- Live meeting with the Hades card and the analysis afterwards: every plan, Mortal included. What changes is the number of hours.
- Proposal written by the AI: from Initiate up. Mortal doesn't have it.
- Automatic follow-up, Sales memory and Deals (the deal board): from Oracle up. See The deals board.
- Several deal boards (pipelines): Oracle gets up to 5; Demigod gets up to 10. Below Oracle there are no Deals. See Several pipelines.
- Conversations (WhatsApp inside the dashboard): from Oracle up. See Using WhatsApp Conversations.
- Intelligence (the deep analysis of what you do inside the meeting, crossed with how each one ended): from Oracle up. Intelligence for your niche and the Guided script during the call are from Demigod up.
- Ads (tracker), with the conversion sent back to Meta, and the Traffic Agent: from Oracle up. Oracle connects your ad account; Demigod connects several, one per agency client, and only on Demigod (and only the owner) can the agent apply changes to campaigns. Automatic ad-spend reading from Meta and the agent are turned on per company by our team. See Connecting your Meta ads to Hades.
- Integrations: the webhook and the API are from Oracle up; the MCP is from Demigod up. They apply to the whole company, not per rep. See Creating an API key, Receiving notifications in your system (webhook) and Connecting an AI assistant (MCP).
- Team with reps and the owner's view: only from Demigod up, up to 10 reps. See Adding someone from my team.
- Meeting recording kept in Hades: each plan has an hours quota, which shows on Plans as Recordings stored. On Initiate and Mortal the quota is zero. See The meeting recording.
Each plan's meeting hours
How the hours are spent is in How my plan's hours work. Today's monthly hours are these (if anything differs, the number on the plan's card on the Plans screen wins):
- Mortal: 2 hours. It's where the account lands without a subscription.
- Initiate: 15 hours, for one person.
- Oracle: 35 hours, for one person.
- Demigod: 50 hours on the owner's seat, plus the extra seats. Each extra rep is a seat you buy, billed on the same invoice: at Initiate level it brings 15 hours, at Oracle level it brings 35.
- Titan: for teams above 10 reps, arranged directly. The card says Contact us and has no subscribe button: message us on the chat.
On a team account, the seat counts too
On Demigod each rep has a level. If the company has the feature but a person's seat is on a lower level, the screen says your seat has not been upgraded yet, and whoever manages the account upgrades it under Team, not under Plans. Integrations are the exception: they apply to the whole company.
Changing plan
With an active subscription there's no "switch" button: when you click Subscribe, the screen answers Cancel it before switching plans. The way is to cancel the current one (you keep it until the end of the paid period) and subscribe to the new one. Subscribing and the invoice are covered in Billing, invoices and changing plan.
- On Plans, click Manage subscription and cancel the current one (the section below shows how).
- Under Choose your plan, click Subscribe on the plan you want and complete the payment.
- Go back to the Plans screen: the card at the top now names the new plan and how long it lasts.
Canceling or pausing
- On Plans, click Manage subscription (or scroll to Your subscription). On a dollar account, Manage billing on Stripe is also there, for the card and the invoices.
- Click Cancel subscription. Only the owner or a manager sees this button.
- The Before you cancel step shows up, with your value counter (how many calls Hades followed and how much was closed) and three ways out: Pause for 30 days, Smaller plan and Talk to someone.
- If you still want to cancel, click Cancel anyway. The screen confirms with Subscription canceled.
Pause for 30 days doesn't pause by itself: the button opens the help chat with the sentence "I want to pause my plan for 30 days" already written, and the pause is arranged with the team there. Smaller plan takes you back to the cards, under Choose your plan. Talk to someone opens the chat.
If it didn't work
- The Subscribe button is disabled. Only the owner or a manager can subscribe to a plan; the screen says so under the cards.
- A feature shows with a padlock. Check the list above for which plan it belongs to. If your company already has the plan and it's your seat that's lower, ask whoever manages the account to upgrade it under Team.
- The plan "expired" or shows "Payment past due". See Billing, invoices and changing plan.
- The number of hours on the card is different. The card's number wins: the values change without notice in this text.
