The bonus for subscribing on the call or the live
Whoever subscribes during the meeting with our team, or by the second day after it or the live, gets Training and, if they pay within 3 hours, the Simulation, plus 5 extra hours in the first month. How the rule works and how to tell if you got it.

Whoever subscribes to Hades during the meeting with our team (or on the live) can get a launch bonus: access to Training and the 5 extra hours of the first month. This article explains the rule and how to check what your account got. It describes how Hades applies the bonus; it isn't a promise that it's available for new purchases.
The three possible outcomes
- Training and Simulation: you paid within 3 hours of the first time you started subscribing through the link you got in the meeting. The Lessons and the Sales simulation open. The Simulation's voice has 2 hours a month.
- Training only: you went through the meeting or signed up for a live, and paid after the 3 hours but within the deadline. The Lessons open; the Simulation doesn't.
- Neither: you came on your own through the Hades page, with no meeting or live, or you paid after the deadline. The account gets just the plan.
How the deadline is counted
- The 3 hours count from the first time you started subscribing through the meeting link, not the last. Opening the link again later doesn't reset the clock.
- The day's deadline ends at 11:59 pm (Brasília time) on the second day after the meeting. A meeting on a Wednesday: the deadline runs to Friday, 11:59 pm. For the Saturday live, to Monday, 11:59 pm.
- The meeting link only works until that deadline. Opened after it, it's a regular link, with no bonus: that's why whoever is helping you may need to send the link again every day.
- Paid through a subscription reminder days later? The reminder leads to the same charge, but the 3 hours have passed. If you're still within the day's deadline, the Training only bonus applies.
Hades decides the bonus once, at the account's first payment. Whoever already got the bonus doesn't get it again on a later purchase.
How to tell if you got it
- Right after the first payment, the account owner gets a bell notification: You earned a launch bonus. The text says whether the bonus is training and simulation, or training only.
- On the dashboard, click Training in the left menu and open the Lessons tab. With the bonus, the courses show up; without it, a padlock appears with the title Bonus for closing on the call and the condition.
- Still under Training, look for the Simulation tab. It only shows on accounts that got the full tier (Training and Simulation).
- For the extra hours, open Plans and look at the This month's usage card: the limit (of X h) already comes with the 5 hours added.
To see what's inside each one, see The training lessons and The sales simulation. The lessons are recorded in Portuguese.
The 5 extra hours of the first month
Whoever gets either bonus above (Training and Simulation, or Training only) also gets 5 more meeting hours, valid for 30 days from the first payment. They add to the plan's hours and show up in This month's usage. Hours count per calendar month, so depending on the day you subscribed, the 5 hours can reach two months in a row. How the plan's regular hours work is in How my plan's hours work. The bell notification doesn't mention the 5 hours, on purpose.
How long the bonus lasts
- As long as you're a customer. Access to Training and Simulation lasts while the account's plan is active. If the plan expires or is canceled, the padlock returns with Your bonus stopped with your plan. Reactivate the plan to get it back.
- Switching plans keeps the bonus. If you switch plans (cancel one and subscribe to another) within 7 days after the previous one expired, the bonus moves to the new plan. See Plans: what each one has.
- More than 7 days without an active plan loses the bonus for good. Subscribing again after that doesn't bring it back. And a refunded purchase loses it too.
Think you should have got it and didn't?
- Check the payment time against the day's deadline: what decides it is the time Hades registered the first payment, not the time you started paying.
- Check you subscribed through the meeting link. The bonus mark only comes from that link (or from a live sign-up made with your email or phone). Subscribing from the plans page without going through a meeting or a live doesn't give the bonus.
- Still stuck? Tell us in the help chat the meeting day and the payment time. The team checks.
