Watching the training lessons
Under Training, the Lessons tab: the video course on consultative selling, with progress, materials and comments. The account that earned the launch bonus has access; without it, the screen shows a lock and the condition.
Updated on
The training is a consultative selling video course inside the dashboard: the same method Hades uses on the call. It lives under Training, in the Lessons tab. Today access comes from the launch bonus for people who subscribe on the call with our team (or by the following Monday): the whole account gets it, so the owner, the managers and the reps of the company watch with their own logins. An account without the bonus sees the course covers with a lock and the condition written out.
Step by step
- In the left menu, click Training. The Lessons tab opens, titled Training, with a cover for each course.
- Each cover shows the course title, the description, a progress bar and 0% complete. Click Start (or Continue, if you've already completed a lesson).
- On the course page the lessons are grouped into modules (Module 1 · …), with the number of lessons in each. Next to every lesson you see its length in minutes, or ✓ Completed. Click the lesson you want.
- On the lesson page, press play on the video. If the lesson has text, it shows under the video, and if it has files, they sit in the Materials list: click a file's name to download it.
- When you finish, click Complete and go to next (on the last lesson of the course the button is Complete lesson). You can also use the Next lesson link to move on without marking the current one as complete.
How progress is counted
- A lesson with video is marked complete on its own once you've watched 90% of it. Hades saves where you are every 15 seconds and when you leave the page.
- A text-only lesson (no video) is completed only with the Complete lesson button.
- The course bar is the number of completed lessons divided by the total. There is no quiz or grade in the lessons: progress is just that bar.
- If an ad blocker stops the player from reporting to Hades, the video still plays, but automatic completion doesn't work. In that case use the Complete and go to next button.
Comments
- On the lesson page, scroll down to Comments and type in the Write a comment field (up to 4,000 characters).
- Click Post. Your comment appears at the top of the list, with your name and the date.
- To remove one of yours, click Delete next to it. The button only shows on your own comments.
If it didn't work
- You see the lock and the sentence "This training is unlocked for those who subscribe during the meeting with our team or by the following Monday" — the account didn't get the bonus. If you subscribed on the call and think you should have, message us on the chat below with the account's email.
- You see "Your bonus stopped with your plan. Reactivate the plan to get it back." — the account's plan expired or was canceled, and the bonus only holds while the plan is active. Reactivate it under Plans (click your photo at the bottom of the menu and choose Plans).
- "No course published yet." — there's no course live for your account yet. Check back later.
- "The video is still processing. Come back in a few minutes." — the lesson was published a moment ago and the video is being prepared. Wait and reload the page.
- "Video unavailable right now." or "I couldn't open the video. Try again." — reload the page. If it keeps happening, message us on the chat with the name of the lesson.
- "I couldn't read your progress right now." — the bars go without a percentage for a moment. Your completed lessons weren't erased: reload the page.
- "I couldn't mark the lesson as complete." — click the button again.
- The page shows "Can't load this page right now" — the screen didn't load at that moment (it may be that Hades couldn't check your access). That doesn't mean you lost the bonus: you're still signed in and the screen retries by itself every 15 seconds.
What the training doesn't do
The lessons don't grade what you say. To practice speaking and get a correction, use the Simulation.
