Where the call analysis lives and what's inside it

On the dashboard, under Meetings. Every meeting has a summary, pains, objections, what you did well, what was missing, next steps, the timeline and the full transcript.

Updated on

The analysis lives on the dashboard, under Calls (left menu), in the Meetings tab. The desktop app shows you a summary as soon as the call ends, but the full version — with the timeline, the transcript and the proposal and follow-up buttons — is the one on the dashboard.

Open the analysis

  1. Sign in to the dashboard. If you're in the desktop app, click Open dashboard in the top bar — it opens already signed in.
  2. Click Calls in the left menu and then the Meetings tab. The list shows every meeting with the date, the length and the outcome, most recent on top.
  3. Click the meeting you want to see.

What's in each tab

  • Client and outcome — whose meeting it was and How did it end?. If the meeting isn't linked to a client yet, the page says This meeting isn't linked to any client; if a contact's name or phone number came up in the conversation, it's suggested under From the conversation, it may be:, and one click on Link to client links it — nothing is linked on its own. Once linked, the meeting goes into that client's history and moves their deal (see how). The outcome comes with the AI's guess pre-selected, but you're the one who was in the room: confirm it or correct it. See logging the outcome. On a meeting marked Lost, anyone who has Simulation also sees the Turn this lost sale into practice block, with one button per objection from the call (see the simulation).
  • Analysis — the Executive summary, the Decision context (urgency, who decides and budget, when they came up), Pains identified and Objections raised side by side, What you did well and What was missing (the block most worth rereading before your next call) and the Recommendations.
  • Moments — the timeline of the points that mattered: every objection, buying signal and risk, with the line that triggered it. Six per page, with arrows.
  • Recording — only there when the meeting was recorded and the video was uploaded to Hades: the meeting video, with the moments marked so you can jump to the right point. See recording the meeting.
  • Next steps — what to do now with this client, and the two buttons: Generate proposal (writes a proposal out of the meeting and your Business DNA, takes 10 to 20 seconds; it comes with Initiate and up — see generating a proposal) and Draft follow-up (the follow-up message, which only unlocks after you log the outcome; it comes with Oracle and up — see automatic follow-up on WhatsApp). On a plan without the feature, the button's spot shows a lock with the reason.
  • Transcript — every turn, split between You and Prospect.

The summary the app shows you

As soon as you click End call, the app shows Analyzing the call... and, a few seconds later, Analysis ready, with the summary, the next steps and the Copy follow-up button (when the AI already wrote the message). The See full analysis button opens that same meeting on the dashboard. Don't close the app while it says Analyzing — it warns you if you try.

The meeting never showed up on the dashboard

  • The app said "Call too short to analyze" — the conversation had fewer than two turns. It isn't saved or analyzed, and that isn't an error.
  • The app said "Analyzed, but didn't save to the dashboard" — the analysis came out, the dashboard never got it. Click Try again on the card itself.
  • The app said "Couldn't analyze" — the transcript is saved on your computer. Click Try again. If it keeps failing, message us on the chat below with the time of the meeting.
  • You closed the app during "Analyzing" — the analysis was lost and the meeting won't show up. Next time, wait for the card to turn into Analysis ready before closing.
  • You're a seller on a team account — the list shows your own meetings. The owner and the manager see everyone's through the Team screen.

"This meeting was saved without an analysis"

The meeting is there, with its transcript, but the AI couldn't analyze it at the time. It's rare. If it happens to a meeting that matters, send us the link on the chat below and we'll run the analysis again.

It was just a test, I don't want it counted

Open the meeting on the dashboard and click the Was this just a test? Take it out of the numbers link, on the Client and outcome tab, right under the How did it end? block. It drops out of your Thermometer figures and out of the sales memory, and nobody asks you for its outcome again. To undo it, open the same meeting and click It was a real call.
