The Today screen: what to do now and how to read the rest
Today is the dashboard's first screen. At the top, three cards say what to do now (next call, follow-ups due, leads waiting for a reply). Below, your scoreboard, the queue of what's waiting on you and the weekly summary.
Updated on
Today is the dashboard's first screen (the first item in the left menu). It answers three questions, from top to bottom: what do I do now? (the three cards), how am I doing? (the scoreboard) and what's waiting on me? (the queue). What shows depends on your plan and your role (owner, manager or rep): what changes is further down.
At the top: the greeting and the three cards
At the top comes the greeting with your first name (Good morning, Good afternoon or Good evening, by Brasília time), today's date and the count of what's waiting on you (for example 3 things waiting on you.). If you have an objection with a written answer in the Business DNA, a Tip of the day shows it, and it changes every day.
Right below are the three cards, each with one main button:
- Next call — the time and name of your next meeting on Google Calendar (today or tomorrow). The Open pre-call button takes you to that client's pre-call, and Join the call opens the room link. When a dashboard lead's name is in the meeting title, a tag says whether their pre-call is script ready, researched or no pre-call. If the calendar isn't connected, the button is Connect Google Calendar; if the connection broke, Reconnect. (How to connect.)
- Follow-ups due — how many follow-up touches are for today or overdue, with the names. The Resolve button opens the cadence of the most overdue one, where the message is already written.
- Leads waiting for a reply — how many WhatsApp conversations have a client message you haven't read yet (robot conversations and archived ones don't count). The Reply button opens the most recent one in Conversations.
A card only shows if your plan has the feature: Follow-ups due and Leads waiting for a reply are Oracle and up. Without it, the card simply isn't there, and the others take the space.
When everything is caught up
If you have no meeting scheduled through tomorrow, no follow-up due and nobody waiting for a reply, the three cards become one: All caught up. It suggests the next step: connect Google Calendar (if it isn't) or Practice for 5 minutes (if your account has the simulation). The See the calendar link is always there.
The scoreboard
The middle block is called Your scoreboard (for reps), Team scoreboard (for the owner and managers) or the person's name followed by ’s scoreboard (when you pick a rep in the See: selector). At the top of the screen, the 30 days, 90 days or All time filter changes the period of the numbers that depend on a period.
- Meetings this week — the last 7 days, always, whatever the filter.
- Close rate — of the meetings that have an outcome in the period, how many closed. It reads — while meetings with an outcome are missing, and the line below says how many are missing. (How to log the outcome.)
- Objection that stalls the most — the objection that came up most in the period and how many times (3x).
- Plan hours — how much of the month's plan you've used. (How plan hours work.)
- Closed this month — the amount of sales closed this month. A sale with no amount doesn't silently count as zero: the line below says how many have no amount.
- Open — the amount of open deals. Only shows on Oracle and up, which has Deals.
- Hades in your week — how many cues showed up in this week's meetings and how many sales happened in meetings with Hades.
The small number next to some of them (like +4) compares with the previous period of the same length. Only the owner sees, further down, the Hades in your account block: how many live answers Hades suggested, how many calls it followed and how much was closed with clients who had a Hades call before the sale.
Waiting on you, the last meeting and the improvement point
- Waiting on you — the queue of what needs action, one row per type, in order of urgency: meetings with no outcome logged, cadences to approve, proposals sent with no reply and deals stalled for over 21 days. Each row shows the count, the names and how long ago, and a click opens the right screen. With nothing, it says Nothing overdue.
- Last meeting — the most recent meeting, how long ago it was, which stage it stopped at and a highlighted quote. The Open the meeting button takes you to the analysis. (Where to see the analysis.)
- Improvement point — a card with the point that weighs most in your period, which leads to Intelligence (See in Intelligence).
Start here: the first-steps checklist
While you haven't finished setting up the account, the top of Today shows the Start here box, with a progress bar (2 of 5 done · about 32 min left) and the steps. Each step still to do has a sentence, the estimated time (about 15 min) and a button. The first one missing gets the highlighted button.
- Teach how you sell (about 15 min) — Open the DNA button. Done when the Business DNA is complete. You can write it with AI from your website. (What the Business DNA is.)
- Install the desktop app (about 3 min) — Download the app button. Done once you've run a call or signed in to the app. (Installing.)
- Connect Google Calendar (about 1 min) — Connect button. Done when a Google account is connected.
- Run your first call with Hades on (about 30 min) — See how button. Done with a call of yours, or with a practice call in the simulator. (Your first meeting.)
- See your first cue show up (about 1 min) — no button: it shows up on its own on the first call, when the client raises an objection or a buying signal.
An invited rep sees only three steps (install the app, the first call and the first cue): the DNA belongs to the company and the calendar is their choice. If Hades couldn't check a step, it marks I couldn't check this step right now. and doesn't count it as done. When every step is done, the box goes away on its own.
Someone who hasn't had any meeting yet sees, instead of the full screen, Before your first meeting with the Start here box. After the first meeting, the full screen appears.
Bonus hour: if the owner completes every step within 7 days of creating the account, the box tells you beforehand (Finish by [date] and get +1 hour of calls.) and the account gets 1 extra meeting hour, valid for 30 days. It is granted once per account. The hour shows up in This month's usage, on the Plans screen.
The weekly banner
On Monday and Tuesday (Brasília time), a blue banner shows at the top: Your last week (or Your team's last week, for the owner and managers). It counts the week from Monday to Sunday: the meetings, the sales closed and the amount closed, the Most frequent objection: and the Answer from your DNA for it (or This objection has no answer in your DNA yet.). If you have the simulation, you also see the Practice this objection button. A week with no meetings shows See this week's schedule.
Click the X (Close the weekly summary) and it goes away until next Monday. Hades doesn't send this summary by email or WhatsApp: it only shows up here.
The monthly goal
The owner and managers can set how much the team wants to close in the month. In the scoreboard header, click Set the monthly goal, type the amount (for example 50,000) in How much the team wants to close this month and click Save. After that the button reads Monthly goal: [amount] · change. To remove the goal, leave the field blank and save. Reps don't see the button.
With a goal set, the weekly banner (Monday and Tuesday) gets one more line: This month so far: [closed] of the [goal] goal ([%]). The closed amount is the same one as on the scoreboard, and the percentage only reaches 100% when the goal was actually met.
How the screen changes by role
- Rep: sees only what's theirs — their meetings and the follow-ups, proposals and deals linked to them. There's no person selector or team table, and the menu has no Results (it's Today, Calls, Clients and Training).
- Manager: sees the team screen. There's a See: selector at the top, with Team and each person's name, to open a rep's screen. Sees the Your team table (one row per person: meetings this week, meetings without an outcome, overdue follow-ups and the Status) and Meetings that need attention (team meetings from the last 30 days with no outcome).
- Owner: sees the same as the manager, and the Your team table also shows each person's Close rate. The Hades in your account block is the owner's alone.
In the Your team table, the Status says up to date or points out why the person looks stuck: no meeting for 7 days or more (reps only), 3 or more meetings without an outcome or 5 or more overdue follow-ups. The Close rate only shows with at least 5 decided meetings, and the rest stays at —.
If it didn't work
- The Next call card asks me to connect Google Calendar. Click the button and connect. (Step by step.)
- A card I expected is missing (follow-ups or leads). It only shows with the feature on the plan. See the plans under Plans, in the menu behind your photo.
- Next call doesn't show the lead or the pre-call. Hades links the meeting to the lead by name: the lead's full name (4 letters or more) has to be in the event title on Google.
- The close rate shows “—”. Meetings with an outcome are missing. Log how each one ended. (How to log it.)
- The weekly banner doesn't show. It only opens on Monday and Tuesday, and goes away after the X until the following week.
- The numbers look like someone else's. If you're an owner or manager, check the See: selector at the top.
